International Guarantee
Bastian Antoni guarantees the proper function of our watches for a period of two years from the date of purchase. The international guarantee excludes normal wear-and-tear (notably the wear-and-tear of leather straps), theft, loss or damage due to misuse. Please note that the guarantee does not cover damage to our leather straps due to excessive exposure to water from e.g. showering or swimming.
Any addition or substitution of parts or accessories with those not manufactured by Bastian Antoni, as well as any alteration, modification or other material change made to or on Bastian Antoni products by a third party not authorized by Bastian Antoni cancels the interantional guarantee.

Order confirmation
Within a few minutes after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email with all the details of your order and a copy of your invoice.
Taxes
Orders within the European Union include VAT. All orders outside of the European Union exclude VAT. You may have to pay import and custom duties. The customer is financially responsible for all customs and duty taxes.
Free worldwide insured shipping
Bastian Antoni offers free worldwide insured shipping. All orders will be shipped the following business day and delivery normally takes 1 to 6 business days, depending on the destination. Be aware, international shipping may be delayed by customs in your country.
Please note: We do not ship packages to Post Office (P.O.) boxes, and we do not sell or deliver to the following countries: Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Nigeria, North-Korea, Sudan, South-Sudan, Syria, Ukraine. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Tracking your shipment
You will automatically receive tracking information on dispatch by email. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us with your order details and we will gladly assist you in locating your tracking number.
Return & refund policy
We offer free returns and exchanges for products purchased from our website within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to return or exchange your product, please contact us and we will arrange for your product to be picked up by one of our shipping partners. Your payment will be refunded as soon as we have received your item in new, unused and re-sellable condition, with the original packaging and other materials. Items returned that are not deemed by us to meet these criteria, may be sent back to the customer.
